Guys, this was originally only open to US residents but Carlos kindly changed the rules and is going to pay postage out of his own pocket. That’s going to be expensive.
I know I’d be happy to pay for my own postage and I’m sure most of you would too (as long as it’s not more than the cost of the book
)
