If anyone is looking for a quick fix, I stumbled upon a free XML Weather Widget. It's Flash and AS3 and I put it in my project in just a couple of minutes. It has tons of things I could change, including the images for the different weather patterns, and all of this via the XML file. I'm not the programmer/developer in the world and finding the Weather Widget saved me countless hours of head scratching and looking blankly at my screen.
